Zhongyuan Jingmi was founded in 1995. After more than 20 years development, in February 2016, Zhongyuan Jingmi signed a cooperation agreement with Italy Marposs, entering in Marposs Group. Zhongyuan Jingmi gradually introduced Marposs's advanced management system and technical resources.

Founded in 1952, Marposs has more than 3500 employees worldwide and 80 branches in 23 countries.

Zhongyuan Jingmi is located in the urban-rural integration demonstration area of Sanmenxia City, Henan Province, covering an area of 24,580 square meters. It has production workshop, research and development center, assembly center, testing center, comprehensive office building and other facilities.

Its products are mainly used on internal grinder, cylindrical grinder, honing, micro bearing grinder and other machine tools,ranging from machine tool manufacturing, automobiles, motorcycles, bearings, compressors to electric tools and many other industries. Its customers cover China's famous automobile and auto parts manufacturers. It has carried out supporting cooperation with hundreds of well-known machine tool manufacturers in China.

The company has maintained long-term cooperation with domestic universities in production, teaching and research. It has 14 intellectual property rights and the qualifications of Zhongyuan Jingmi Trademark, High Tech Enterprise, Specialization and Innovation, Sanmenxia Engineering Technology Center, and Safety Production Standardization Class III.
